3M Customer Innovation Center in Hungary

    Bringing Innovation to Light

Established in 895, Hungary is one of the oldest countries in Europe. Fun fact, that Rubik’s Cube you’ve been trying to complete is, in fact, of Hungarian descent. Hungary is also buzzing with new technologies. 3M Hungary’s new Innovation Center gives us an inside look at technologies such as microreplication, nanotechnology and more. For customers looking for a hands-on experience, there is a lab fit for product testing and machine work.

Israel is home to the lowest place on earth – the Dead Sea. It’s also home to 137 beaches, the hoopoe – a very stylish national bird – and a new 3M Customer Innovation Center. 3M is celebrating its 20th year in Israel. Jonathan Pantanowitz, managing director of 3M Israel, led a ceremony to mark the opening of the center.

“The center will be an opportunity to understand the power of 3M and the ways it affects every aspect of our lives. Furthermore, the importance of establishing this center is having a physical and accessible place available to customers where we will introduce them to different ways of developing their business.”

Innovation in Romania is no new story. In 1884, the city of Timisoara became one of the first cities in mainland Europe to have their entire city illuminated by electrical street lighting. Research and development are top of mind in Romania. Now in our 25th year in the country, 3M is opening a new Customer Innovation Center in Bucharest.
